To save your time when you come to visit us in the showroom, it can be helpful if we know a little bit about your flooring requirements before you arrive in store.

Simply select the style of your property and the flooring requirements for each room or area from the options below. When you come into see us, we can save you time by having a selection of flooring options ready to show you that may best suit your requirements.

Please note when selecting your preferred appointment time and date, that we take bookings between 8:30am and 4pm Mon-Fri (with the exception of NSW Public Holidays).

We look forward to welcoming you to our showroom, and of course bookings aren't essential, it's just an added friendly touch if you'd like us to get some items prepared before you arrive!

The check measure was also friendly and very informative. They were very accommodating when because of other works I had to delay the carpet laying on 3 occasions - all postponed with good cheer. The guys who laid the carpet did a great job, were friendly, attended to detail and along the way made helpful suggestions. At the showroom Mark showed us the most suitable samples and we were delighted with how generous he was with us borrowing the samples.  The installation was very well done with the installers careful and the end result a transformation. Several of my neighbours used them and were really happy however I thought I would go elsewhere but was so disappointed with the service or should I say lack of service I had with other local firms I went to Mark Hendersons and received such personal helpful and friendly service I would really recommend them. I mucked them around at least three times and they did not seem to mind and just made the necessary arrangements each time.
